This notice describes how Duual, operator of duual.com ("Duual", "we"), processes the personal data you provide through this site, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and applicable regulations.
01Data controller and contact
The controller of your personal data is the legal entity that operates the Duual platform and the duual.com site, domiciled in Mexico. For any matter related to this notice you can write to info@duual.com.
02Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when requesting a demo or writing to us: name, company, corporate email, WhatsApp number, industry of interest and the content of your message.
This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels or advertising analytics, and does not collect browsing data tied to your identity. Demo environments run on fictional data, and any preferences you select in them are stored only in your browser.
03Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: handling your demo request or inquiry, communicating with you about it, and following up on your interest in the platform.
Secondary purposes: sending you information about the platform, updates and Duual events. You may object to these purposes at any time by replying to our messages or writing to info@duual.com, without affecting the handling of your request.
04Processors and transfers
To operate this site we use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as cloud infrastructure and form processing and delivery services, which may be located outside Mexico, mainly in the United States.
We do not sell your personal data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. We will only share data when necessary to handle your request, with your consent, or when required by law.
05Retention and security
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any business relationship deriving from it, and for the periods required by law.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data, including encryption of this site's communications.
06Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and revoke the consent you have given, by writing to info@duual.com from the email address you used to contact us, indicating the right you wish to exercise.
We will respond within the timeframes provided by law. We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity.
07Minors
This site is aimed at organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
08Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
